This could be your opportunity to join a project that needs you to address the challenges of digital transformation. ### **THE ROLE** We are seeking a \#TechTalent to serve as an **Infrastructure Administrator**, integrated within the systems administration team supporting a client’s services. ### **YOUR DAY-TO-DAY** * Manage and maintain Windows Server systems, ensuring performance and availability; * Administer Active Directory Domain Services, Certificate Services, and Federation Services; * Configure and manage DNS, DHCP, File Sharing, and Remote Desktop Services; * Implement and support SCCM for software distribution and update management; * Administer and maintain VMware and OracleVM platforms; * Manage backup and data recovery solutions, including Avamar and DELL PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM); * Administer DELL storage systems (Compellent, Unity, PowerStore, and PowerScale), ensuring efficient and secure storage; * Configure and manage Horizon for desktop virtualization environments; * Administer Brocade SAN switches, ensuring connectivity and performance; * Monitor and optimize server and network infrastructure. ### **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related fields; * Advanced knowledge of virtualization, backup, and storage technologies; * Experience with VMware, OracleVM, Avamar, Horizon, DELL Storage, and Brocade; * Familiarity with hyperconverged platforms such as Nutanix and VxRail; * Experience with DELL PowerEdge servers and DELL OpenManage platform; * Availability for weekly on-call duty; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. ### **WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US** #### **Stable professional career** Working on Axians projects makes you a valuable asset—we aim to offer stability through a secure career path. #### **Career progression opportunities** You will have access to training programs and new certifications to further enhance your competencies. 360° evaluations by managers and peers will also support your growth. #### **Work-life and family-life balance** Collaborating with Axians offers flexibility to balance professional demands with family responsibilities—ensuring neither area is neglected. #### **Competitive and attractive compensation** Working with Axians’ clients gives you access to performance bonuses, plus an attractive salary package (base salary + benefits).
