Based in Ourém, we work with private clients, hotels, and wellness projects across Portugal and Europe. With our expansion into new European markets, we seek a highly organized Project Manager with outstanding customer service orientation and strong attention to detail. Every sauna we sell passes through the hands of the Project Manager. As soon as a sale is closed, they take ownership of the project: confirming every technical detail, coordinating suppliers and installers, and keeping the client informed until the sauna is installed and fully operational. They serve as the central link between sales, the workshop, suppliers, installers, logistics, and the client. The position is based on-site at our office in Ourém. Your responsibilities: \- Take ownership of each project from sales closure through installation and post-sales support \- Confirm technical requirements early: site access, foundations, electrical connections, ventilation, and structural considerations \- Review and maintain correct specifications before manufacturing, ordering, or shipping anything \- Coordinate production, suppliers, transport, installers, and carpenters using reliable schedules \- Be the sole point of contact for the client throughout the entire project \- Provide clear and regular updates, and manage expectations honestly when timelines or plans change \- Support the client after delivery regarding usage and maintenance \- Coordinate warranties, technical visits, and any on-site follow-up work \- Ensure every issue is resolved to completion The profile we seek: \- Residing in Ourém or nearby, with availability to work at our office \- Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English \- Experience in project management, operations, or a similar coordination role \- Experience in customer service or another role involving direct client interaction \- Comfortable communicating with clients, including explaining technical issues or delays \- Highly organized, with a habit of follow-up and attention to detail \- Calm under pressure and realistic about deadlines \- Capable of managing multiple projects, suppliers, and priorities simultaneously \- Proactive, responsible, and willing to own each project from start to finish \- Construction experience is not mandatory but is an advantage We value experience in one or more of the following areas: \- Technical or custom-made products \- Reading technical drawings \- Wood, carpentry, or construction \- Logistics or installation coordination \- Wellness or hospitality projects Things to know Weekend work may be required when installations or urgent matters arise.
