**Role Overview:**
We are looking for an Office Administrator with technological knowledge and strong organizational skills to support the efficient operation of our IT and information technology services company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring that the team receives necessary support and that the office operates in an organized and efficient manner. This is an essential support role within a dynamic, technology-oriented environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide administrative support to IT project teams, managers, and technical staff.
* Manage office operations, including procurement of IT and office supplies, communication with suppliers, and inventory control.
* Schedule team calendars, meetings, and appointments using calendar tools and collaborative platforms.
* Prepare and format technical documents, client proposals, service agreements, and reports.
* Maintain and organize digital records, client files, software licensing documents, and equipment logs.
* Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including technology setup and access permissions.
* Support accounting and finance tasks such as purchase order management, invoice tracking, and petty cash handling.
* Communicate with clients and suppliers to ensure efficient service delivery and timely communication.
* Assist in organizing company events, product launches, webinars, and internal training sessions.
* Perform general reception duties, including telephone answering, mail distribution, and visitor management.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience, preferably in a technological or IT environment.
* Excellent organizational, multitasking, and detail-oriented skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira).
* Comfortable performing basic technical tasks (e.g., workstation setup, basic troubleshooting, hardware log management).
* Ability to quickly learn and use domain-specific software and systems.
* Completed secondary education is mandatory; a higher education degree in Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
**Preferred Profile:**
* Interest in or experience within the technology sector and digital tools.
* Familiarity with IT terminology, software, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
* Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
* Initiative, problem-solving ability, and proactive attitude.
**Working Conditions:**
* On-site position in an office environment with a collaborative tech team.
* Standard working hours (e.g., 09:00–17:00), with occasional flexibility required during project phases or major launches.
