Coordination of unclogging works and supervision of installations **Multiskilled Maintenance Technician \- Lisbon** We are recruiting a Multiskilled Maintenance Technician to join a construction project operating in Lisbon. **Responsibilities** * Ensure general building maintenance (plumbing, electrical systems, and ventilation) * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in electricity, HVAC, hydraulics, and equipment * Coordinate unclogging works for sewage, water, and drainage networks * Supervise installation and maintenance procedures * Monitor and report on the condition of equipment and infrastructure * Coordinate prevention and maintenance tasks **Profile** * Proven experience in building/shop maintenance (preventive and corrective) * Solid knowledge of electricity, HVAC, and hydraulics (mandatory) * Experience in team management (preferred) * Immediate availability * Valid driver's license for light vehicles **Conditions** * Indefinite-term employment contract * Base salary \+ meal allowance * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 * Location: Greater Lisbon Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
