As part of our strategic growth, we aim to strengthen our team by integrating a **Mechanical Site Engineer**. **Job Description** · Supervise the execution of mechanical installations in accordance with designs and technical specifications · Verify compliance with applicable legislation, standards and regulations · Monitor the installation of HVAC, ventilation, water supply, sewage, gas, fire protection and other mechanical systems · Control the quality of materials, equipment and construction methods · Monitor tests, commissioning and system start-up procedures · Validate measurements, measurement certificates and completed works · Analyse and validate on-site technical modifications · Identify non-conformities and define corrective actions · Coordinate with contractors, designers and other specialist disciplines · Prepare technical reports and supervision records · Represent the client regarding mechanical aspects of the contract **Required Academic Qualification** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering **Technical Competencies** · Ability to read, interpret and verify mechanical specialty designs · Proficiency in applicable legislation, technical standards and regulations · Knowledge of HVAC, ventilation, water supply, sewage, gas and fire protection systems · Supervision of mechanical equipment and network installation · Monitoring of tests, commissioning and system start-up · Quality control of materials, equipment and construction methods · Analysis of non-conformities and definition of corrective actions · Validation of measurements, measurement certificates and cost control · Technical coordination with contractors, designers and overall site supervision · Preparation of technical reports and project documentation **Behavioural Competencies** · Rigour and attention to detail · Sense of responsibility and professional ethics · Clear and effective communication · Critical analysis and decision-making ability · Assertiveness in supervision and adherence to standards · Strong coordination skills with various stakeholders · Organisation and time management · Proactivity and autonomy · Problem-solving ability · Stress resilience and adaptability to site conditions **Expected Experience Level** Minimum 5–10 years If you are seeking an environment where your experience and vision can help shape the future of construction, energy and sustainability, we want to meet you!
