We seek a dynamic individual with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to intervene across various specialties. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** tasks according to the defined plan; * Intervene in **electrical and HVAC** (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems; * Carry out multi-skilled tasks in **metalworking, plumbing, painting, and minor civil construction works**; * Support the **installation of equipment and technical infrastructure**; * Use digital tools (e\-mail, Word, Excel) for recording and managing interventions. **Desired Profile:** * Secondary education or a Level III Technical Course in **Electricity, Electromechanics, Equipment Maintenance, or Building Maintenance**; * Proven experience in **building or technical facility maintenance** (mandatory requirement); * Solid knowledge of **electricity** (preferred), **HVAC**, and general maintenance; * Versatility and ability to perform diverse tasks (multi-technical); * Basic computer skills (end-user level); * Team spirit, autonomy, and problem-solving orientation.
