We seek to hire a Construction Coordinator (M/F) for the Porto region. Job Description: \- Analyze technical projects, modeling architecture, structural, and all specialty projects in BIM; \- Extract quantities and material lists from digital models; \- Identify and report interferences or incompatibilities among disciplines; \- Support the development of execution plans and task sequencing; \- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure alignment between the model and on-site execution; \- Manage and update BIM models during construction phase (as\-built); \- Participate in construction coordination meetings as required. Job Requirements: \- Technical or higher education in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; \- Proven experience in construction preparation or similar roles; \- Solid knowledge of construction processes and project planning; \- Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, ArchiCAD, Navisworks, Solibri, or equivalents; \- Experience with quantity takeoff software (e.g., BIM 360, Excel, Autodesk Quantification, etc.); \- Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail; \- Team spirit and strong communication skills with construction and design stakeholders.
