AdRA - Águas da Região de Aveiro is seeking a Senior Information Systems Technician to contribute towards effective, secure, and innovative management of the company's technological systems. This role is part of a versatile team capable of adapting and reallocating tasks according to experience, operating across various domains within the Information Systems area. **Areas of responsibility:** * Systems Management: Implementation, maintenance, and support of enterprise systems and SaaS solutions; * IT/OT Computing and Microcomputing: Technical user support and maintenance of physical and virtual equipment; * Cybersecurity: Threat monitoring, incident response, and implementation of digital protection measures; * Telecommunications: Management of networks and communication devices across sites; * Information Security: Support in implementing and maintaining the ISMS, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, availability, and legal compliance. **Main responsibilities:** * Ensure operationality and security of information systems in a multi-site environment; * Participate in projects for developing and implementing new technological solutions; * Provide technical support in microcomputing and IT/OT areas; * Contribute to applying best practices in cybersecurity and infrastructure management; * Support the execution and evolution of the information security management system. **Desired profile:** * Higher education degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar field. * Experience or strong motivation to work in technical and multidisciplinary environments. * Certification and/or experience in information security management (e.g., ISO 27001) is valued. * Knowledge of networking, virtualization, SaaS solutions, and IT/OT environments. * Analytical skills, autonomy, proactivity, and interpersonal abilities. * Valid driver's license. **Work location:** Cacia, Aveiro Job applications should be sent to \ with the email subject: “Ref.ª 08/2025 + candidate's name”.
