Operations Coordinator (M/F) - Dispatch

Campoaves is looking for an **Operations Coordinator** for the Dispatch area. We count on you to ensure continuous improvement of logistics operations and goods dispatch. Work location: **Campoaves \- Oliveira de Frades** **Responsibilities:** * Creation of routes for goods dispatch; * Supervision of logistics operations, ensuring compliance with current standards and procedures; * Ensure proper use of equipment; * Coordination, management and planning of the goods reception and dispatch team; * Operational monitoring of employees, participating in their on-the-job training; Team management. * **Profile:** * Minimum mandatory education: 12th grade; * Experience in logistics; * Knowledge of planning, managing and coordinating teams; * High communication, organizational and teamwork skills; * Demonstrated resilience, proactivity and dynamism; Commitment, responsibility and attendance; * The **Lusiaves Group** is a national reference in the poultry and agro-industrial sector.
