Inter-institutional coordination and support networks **Offer Code:**OE202607/0615 **Offer Type:**Open Competitive Procedure **Status:**Active **Organizational Level:**Municipal Councils **Agency/Service:**Bragança Municipal Council **Employment Contract:**Indefinite-term Public Employment Contract (CTFP) **Regime:**General Careers **Career:**Senior Technician **Category:**Senior Technician **Complexity Level:**3 **Remuneration:**1,499.14€ **Monthly Supplement:**0.00 EUR **Job Description:**Perform duties inherent to the Senior Technician career and category, as stipulated in the annexed staffing table referred to in Article 88, paragraph 2 of the Portuguese Public Employment Framework Law (LTFP), corresponding to Complexity Level 3; * Carry out advisory, analytical, planning, programming, and evaluation activities, as well as apply technical and/or scientific methods and processes to underpin and prepare decision-making; perform duties with technical autonomy, even if under higher-level supervision; plan, manage, monitor, and evaluate social processes for family households benefiting from municipal social housing in Bragança, aiming at an integrated intervention promoting housing stability, social inclusion, and improved living conditions; integrate, when necessary, activities within the scope of social support and accompaniment, as part of the organic unit’s responsibilities; prepare social and housing diagnostics and define, implement, and monitor intervention plans tailored to family households’ needs; conduct studies, issue opinions and reports enabling characterization of the local social reality and supporting decision-making; accompany interventions promoting integration and autonomy of households, with special focus on contexts of social vulnerability related to housing; identify risk and vulnerability factors and propose preventive and mitigation measures against social exclusion and housing insecurity; ensure coordination with appropriate social responses and existing territorial resources, guaranteeing coherence and complementarity of interventions; promote coordination with public, private, and social-sector entities, ensuring inter-institutional cooperation and integration into local intervention networks; ensure appropriate communication and sharing of relevant information among stakeholders involved in monitored processes; implement actions promoting social inclusion, civic participation, and capacity-building of individuals and families; strengthen personal, social, and family competencies, fostering autonomy and reinforcing social and community support networks; develop projects, define evaluation tools for intervention effectiveness, and represent the service in matters within its area of expertise; perform other technical, general or specialized support activities within the municipality’s responsibilities and competencies. **Workplace** **Number of Positions** **Address** **Locality** **Postal Code** **District** **Municipality** Bragança Municipal Council 1 Forte S.
