The Role Personal Schedule Assistant (remote) This role does not involve fieldwork or service delivery. It does not involve collections or closing deals. Your role is to organize, communicate, and create opportunities, ensuring a high-quality schedule for our team. Your responsibilities will include: Contacting individuals and organizations in Braga (Braga district) and offering our service (this is not sales; it is an offer/service from our company to promote our work); Using mobile phones, social media, internet, etc., to create opportunities/contacts; Contacting, for example: hair salons, beauty clinics, music schools, institutions, and others — to build partnerships, present our project, and secure appointments for our collaborators, who will visit clients’ homes on a day of their choice to provide a free carpet cleaning service; Scheduling visits according to calendar availability Managing and organizing the daily schedule Confirming all appointments 24 hours before the visit Ensuring only confirmed, high-quality appointments remain on the schedule All your work is reflected in the schedule. Compensation and Earnings €5 per confirmed appointment (average 6 per week) + additional commissions from services completed on-site by installers visiting clients’ homes (based on feedback from other professionals, monthly earnings exceed €900) during the initial 3+3 month probationary period. After this period, performance is jointly evaluated — including schedule organization and teamwork quality — and, if positive, after six months the position transitions to: Employment contract (if desired) or remains as self-employed (commission-based) Teamwork (Very Important) We strongly believe in teamwork.
