Dynamism, proactivity, and willingness to learn Vertente Humana, a recruitment and selection company offering temporary staffing, training, and outsourcing services — currently experiencing strong growth in its sector and operating in the field of comprehensive human resource management — is recruiting a Sales Assistant (m/f) in Bragança: Responsibilities: - Present, demonstrate, and sell products to customers (heated tobacco); - Provide personalized service and post-sales follow-up; - Carry out store operational tasks according to internal procedures, including inventory management, cash register opening and closing, pre-opening and post-closing activities, product returns, and work plans; - Conduct analyses of commercial performance, conversion rates, customer feedback, and other market indicators. Requirements: - Minimum academic qualification: secondary education; higher education preferred; - Training in consultative sales techniques and/or customer service; - Prior experience in sales or product promotion at points of sale; - Strong communication and interpersonal skills; - Resilience and results orientation; - Dynamism, proactivity, and willingness to learn; - Immediate availability; Working Hours: - 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.
