Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and hospitality-passionate leader to coordinate the dining room team of a brunch restaurant and hotel breakfast service, ensuring high-quality service and an exceptional customer experience. Coordination and supervision of the dining room team. We are looking for a dynamic individual passionate about hospitality to lead the dining room team of our brunch-concept restaurant (11:00–16:00) and complement this role by leading the hotel breakfast service (07:00–10:30) at the hotel where we are located. **Your Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the dining room team to ensure high-quality service. * Manage reservations and organize service flow efficiently. * Maintain direct contact with customers to ensure the best possible experience. * Collaborate closely with the kitchen team. * Monitor supplies, inventory, and assist with administrative tasks. * Ensure all areas of the restaurant are clean and well-organized, contributing to a welcoming and pleasant environment. **What We Are Looking For:** * 1–2 years of relevant experience in similar roles. * Experience in hotel breakfast service. * Residence in Portugal. * Passion for product quality and attention to detail. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to work autonomously. * Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory). **What We Offer:** * Integration into a growing project with development opportunities. * Two consecutive days off. * Continuous working hours, without split shifts.
