Opportunity for professional growth and development We are recruiting a Telephone Customer Service Operator for the insurance sector to manage non-life claims. You will answer calls, operate claims processes, and ensure fast and efficient service to customers. Your responsibilities: - Answer calls from Green & Blue Lines courteously and promptly; - Provide clear information to customers regarding claims procedures; - Open and register claims cases in internal systems; - Schedule inspections with service providers and partners; - Manage call-backs; - Arrange replacement vehicles where applicable; - Update information and follow up on pending items; - Provide administrative support and organize records; - Communicate with internal teams as required. What you must ensure: - Experience in non-life claims management; - Completed secondary education (12th grade); - Experience in telephone customer service or contact centers; - Knowledge of CRM, GIS, or similar tools; - Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English; - Ability to work under pressure and manage demanding calls; - Organization, autonomy, accuracy, and attention to detail; - Availability for the schedule from 09:00 to 18:00.
