Human-First culture with professional growth #### **Your Day-to-Day** * Coordinate loading and unloading processes according to defined procedures and ensure quality verification of received goods; * Efficiently and effectively coordinate deliveries, facilitating the organization of merchandise flows and performing labeling tasks; * Organize incoming goods and warehouse inventory marking to ensure stock control and location for subsequent restocking; organize outgoing goods from the store to perform restocking; * Ensure physical stock control and warehouse inventories to verify stock levels; * Ensure goods safety and proper handling, minimizing losses and facilitating stock management while guaranteeing effective goods management and collaborating with store departments to deliver products with quality and within defined deadlines; * Coordinate and accelerate implementation of new products and collections across product families, in collaboration with commercial teams, and ensure cleanliness of displays, shelving, and aisles, as well as proper commercial maintenance and safe implementation—promoting adherence to internal standards and procedures among the team; * Coordinate the team on a daily basis and in organizing work and logistics processes, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness, safeguarding team harmony, promoting responsibility and motivation, and guiding the team toward compliance with defined processes and procedures. #### **Who We Are Looking For** * Secondary education (12th grade) or equivalent; * Professional experience in the field of 2 to 3 years; * Experience in logistics operations leadership; * Rigor, curiosity, ease and speed of learning, perceptiveness; * Excellent communication, influence, and information management skills; * Organizational ability, initiative, dynamism, and pro-activeness; * Interpersonal relationship skills and team spirit. #### **What We Offer** * Integration into a multinational company with competitive salary and variable compensation, adjusted to your experience and qualifications; * Benefits and partnerships with over 200 brands; * Career development plan, including access to an individual development program enabling growth within our company; * Initial training for integration into the company and role; * Well-being policies, including up to 30 annual leave days; * Employee referral program, with incentives for each recommended candidate who joins the team; * Flexible working policy; * Meal benefits, including soup, fresh fruit, bread, butter, cereals, milk, and yogurts; * 10% discount at Leroy Merlin stores; * Health and life insurance; * 1 day of corporate volunteering. #### **About Us** Leroy Merlin is a leading company in DIY, construction, decoration, and gardening, with a strong presence in Portugal.
