Maintenance Technician Trainee - Estágio Profissional Técnico de manutenção

**Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader** ---------------------------------------------------- We pioneer technology for mobility experience that matter to people. **Your mission, roles and responsibilities** -------------------------------------------- Mission, role and responsibilities: The main objective of the internship as an industrial maintenance technician is to assist the team in ensuring the proper operation of production equipment, with the following being some of these team's responsibilities: Ensure achievement of objectives related to equipment capacity and availability, as well as process quality and cost; Daily follow-up of work orders; Repair equipment and tools to restore their normal operation and ensure safety and environmental conditions; Carry out preventive/predictive maintenance actions according to established plans; Support external teams and suppliers regarding repairs, preventive and predictive maintenance, and process changes; Create and keep updated preventive maintenance instructions for production equipment and tools, based on: legal and environmental requirements, internal standards, supplier recommendations, and internal knowledge. Maintain and improve the list of spare parts and consumables for equipment, tools, and process materials; Participate in improving, defining, and adjusting production processes; Monitor and respond to defined indicators associated with process and equipment parameters. Support their correction/improvement; Participate in production and quality results analysis activities whenever requested and contribute to process/equipment improvements; Participate in and support continuous improvement teams such as: 5S, SMED, HOSHIN; Identify any improvement opportunities, implement them, and track their impact on production and results. Participate in FMEA teams to identify risks in processes/equipment and define corrective actions; Support the review of Control Plans; Work together with specialists, process engineers, development centers, and/or other factories to share experiences and contribute to process development.
