Focus on interpersonal communication and teamwork Region: Trute **Compensation Details** ---------------------- The hourly rate under a service contract is PLN 31.40 gross. **Your Responsibilities** -------------------------- Join Biedronka under a service contract as **Store Support**. **Stocking and Merchandise Display:** * Stocking merchandise on the sales floor, * Shelf organization, * Verifying and updating price labels for displayed items, * Tidying activities in merchandise display areas, * Ensuring proper display and quality of stocked merchandise (packaging, expiry date, defective items), * Transporting merchandise using a manual hand truck (non-electric). **Our Requirements** ------------------- * Minimum age of 18; * Focus on interpersonal communication and teamwork; * Willingness to perform physical work; * Engagement and commitment to cooperation **We Offer:** * A service contract with an hourly rate of PLN 31.40 gross; * In-store onboarding with a dedicated mentor; * Opportunity to gain experience in the retail industry; * Work close to home. **What does the recruitment process look like?** * Submit your application – remember to provide your current email address. * We will send you a **recruitment game** to your email, which takes 5–7 minutes to complete. * We will contact selected candidates by phone for a brief interview. * Selected candidates will be invited to a recruitment meeting with the Store Manager.
