Axis Porto Business & Spa Hotel #### **Cook (M/F)** Axis Porto We are a rapidly expanding hotel group currently comprising seven hotel units located in northern Portugal, structured around a strong family and corporate culture. As market leaders, we seek: **Profile:** * Higher education degree or professional technical qualification in Culinary Arts * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (preferred) * Experience in hospitality (preferred) * Knowledge and experience in Traditional Portuguese Cuisine * Solid understanding of HACCP principles * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * High aptitude for teamwork * Availability to work rotating shifts * Ability to continuously learn and innovate **Responsibilities:** * Assist in meal preparation * Assist in meal planning, organization, and control * Assist in plating and prepare dishes according to technical specifications * Assist in developing technical specification sheets as needed * Comply with workplace hygiene and safety regulations **Conditions:** * Salary commensurate with knowledge and experience in the role * Contractual stability * Performance bonus * Birthday day off * Schedule: Monday to Sunday with rotating days off * Immediate availability We seek customer-oriented individuals who are passionate about their role and eager to join a team dedicated to delivering excellent service.
