Monitoring and supervision of school canteens **Offer Code:**OE202604/0681 **Offer Type:**Standard Competitive Procedure **Status:**Active **Organizational Level:**Municipal Councils **Organ/Service:**Gondomar Municipal Council **Employment Contract:**Indefinite-term Public Employment Contract (CTFP) **Work Regime:**General Careers **Career:**Senior Technician **Category:**Senior Technician **Complexity Level:**3 **Remuneration:**1\.499,15€ **Monthly Supplement:**0,00 EUR **Job Description:**As stipulated in the Annex to the General Law on Public Employment, approved by Law No. 35/2014 of 20 June, as currently amended, and as set forth in the Staff Map of the Municipality of Gondomar, namely: Consultative, research, planning, programming, evaluation, and application of technical and/or scientific methods and processes that underpin and prepare decision-making; Drafting expert opinions; monitoring and supervising the municipality’s school canteens; Monitoring the service delivered by the contracted service provider to ensure full and effective compliance with obligations identified in contractual clauses; Regularly assessing the quality and safety levels of meals served; Developing and evaluating menu plans appropriate to nutritional guidelines, sustainability, available resources, sociocultural environment, and contractual obligations with suppliers; Cooperating with and supporting the implementation of standards and procedures in the areas of food, nutritional, and environmental safety, quality, and sustainability in canteens; Preparing periodic reports and issuing technical opinions on matters relating to food hygiene and safety, and promoting healthy and balanced nutrition within the school community; Producing informational content related to food and nutrition, as well as performing general administrative support tasks for work processes. Functions performed with technical responsibility and autonomy, albeit within a qualified higher-level framework. Representing the organ or service in matters pertaining to one’s area of expertise, making technically oriented decisions aligned with directives or higher-level guidance.
