About the role: As Junior Implementation Engineer you’ll be responsible for: * Set up and configuration of the company's base platform for airline customers using internal tooling and configuration interfaces * Set up and configuration of additional modules for customers * Creating and amending clients’ HTML email templates and producing ad hoc reports * Liaising directly with customers on small platform changes to gather pre\-requisites, support implementations, and provide updates on projects. * Basic internal project implementations and deployments * Deployment tasks to include bulk patching of core fixes across customers, e.g., applying patches and updates across multiple environments * Extracting data using SQL for existing and previous customers * Performing platform version upgrades * Contributing to the development and maintenance of documentation and processes Measures of success: * Consistent and efficient customer implementations * Positive customer feedback * Proactively delivers assigned workloads and applies / creates repeatable processes where needed **The kind of person you are:** * Computer literate with a secondary education in the Ciências e Tecnologias track, ideally with Informatics\-related subjects (or equivalent vocational IT training) * Logical thinking and able to follow end\-to\-end processes accurately * Good attention to detail * Organisational skills * Fluent in English with excellent communication skills * A friendly ‘Can do’ attitude * Proactive in reaching out for support when necessary **Skills to impress:*** A passion for the travel industry * GIT * SQL * XSLT Want to know more?
