Currently, due to our growth, we are seeking a Store Manager for one of our group's stores located in Guimarães! Your day-to-day responsibilities: \- Supervise daily store operations; \- Coordinate, train and motivate the team; \- Ensure goal achievement, analyze performance indicators and drive sales to achieve strong results; \- Manage and control inventory, orders and conduct stock inventories; \- Propose improvement and action plans aimed at operational optimization; \- Ensure administrative tasks related to the store; \- Create and manage store schedules.
