




We are looking for a professional with experience to operate machinery in a paper industry company. Main responsibilities include supervising and ensuring product quality, performing shutdowns and startups of paper manufacturing machines, as well as replacing essential components such as fabrics and cloths. The selected candidate will control the production process through computerized systems, supported by laboratory analysis. Preventive maintenance of assigned machinery and strict compliance with occupational safety regulations will be essential, along with carrying out other duties inherent to the position. The working schedule will be full-time, with a weekly commitment of 40 hours, distributed from Monday to Sunday in rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night, including a fourth shift. Rest periods will comply with legal requirements. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. * We are seeking a versatile and responsible individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is an advantage. Occupational Health and Safety training courses are valued.
