We are a mobility tech company with more than 10 years experience managing roads and transforming mobility through innovative solutions. **Job description** These are the specific functions of the job: Communicate and collaborate with cross\-functional teams to solve complex problems and provide innovative solutions Develop and implement support strategies, optimise processes with the aim of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Analysing customer problems and change requests and forwarding reports with as much technical information as possible to the different development teams. Proactively monitor and take action on the company's infrastructure, ensuring its reliability and avoiding downtime. Diagnosing and solving customer problems.
