We are strengthening our **Hydraulic Testing and Finishing Team**, at **Petrotec \- Innovation and Industry**, in **Guimarães**, with a **Finishing Operator**. **A typical day for a Finishing Operator...** * Interpret drawings and other technical specifications according to the part to be manufactured; * Prepare and program machines, including tools and measuring and control instruments, to manufacture parts; * Operate and maneuver various available machines and equipment according to the work to be performed; * Monitor machine operation and subsequently conduct self-inspection of produced parts, particularly visual and dimensional inspection; * Record OEE data for respective machines; * Ensure maintenance and upkeep of equipment and tools (cleaning, lubrication, and minor machine adjustments), complying with the preventive maintenance plan where applicable; * Comply with company standards and regulations (e.g., Quality, Environment, and HST); * Act ethically and confidentially. **What we expect from you…** * Secondary-level academic qualification; * 1–2 years of experience in similar roles; * Focus on Quality Control; * Knowledge of Electricity and Mechanics; * Ability to interpret technical drawings; * Knowledge of ATEX; * Problem-solving ability, autonomy, and proactivity. **Here’s what you’ll find…** * A highly prestigious corporate group; * A dynamic team and innovative working environment; * Continuous professional training and development; * Various employee benefits currently in effect. **If you identify with the role’s requirements and believe you meet the desired profile to join our team, please apply via email: careers@petrotec.com** Work location: On-site
