**Nortempo Seleção** is currently recruiting for the position of **Financial Manager**, in collaboration with a renowned client located in **Braga**.
**Description:**
* Define financial objectives and strategy to be implemented, in coordination with other company departments, to optimize resources and ensure business sustainability;
* Regularly present performance indicators and financial results to Management;
* Prepare, monitor and control the **annual budget**, including variance analysis and implementation of corrective measures;
* Conduct **financial analysis**, cost control, **project costing**, and economic-financial monitoring of each project;
* Analyze the economic viability of investment projects and support their contractualization;
* Responsible for **strategic treasury management**, financial planning and cash flow control;
* Manage **relationships with banking institutions**, negotiate financial terms, monitor financing and guarantees;
* Prepare periodic **financial reporting** (monthly, quarterly and annual) for Management and external partners;
* Support internal and external audits within the Finance and Administration area;
* Continuously assess financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, promoting process optimization and sustainable growth;
* Monitor operational results, implement corrective actions and ensure achievement of defined objectives;
* Support Management in analyzing financial data to aid strategic decision-making.
**Required Profile:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance or related fields;
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably in sectors related to projects, construction or infrastructure;
* Experience in **budgeting, financial analysis, costing and reporting**;
* Experience in **banking relationship management** and financial monitoring of projects;
* Experience in **operational team management** and preparation of financial reports;
* Strong organizational, planning and analytical skills;
* Essential competencies: Leadership ability, autonomy, excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills;
* Results-oriented mindset and ability to work with ambitious targets and continuous improvement processes;
* Fluent command of **English (mandatory)**;
* Knowledge of **German (preferred)**;
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
**Offer:**
* Contract directly with the client company;
* Salary package commensurate with proven experience;
* €8.00 SA/day;
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.;
* Initial and ongoing training;
* Integration into a young, dynamic and multidisciplinary team;
* Integration into an established company in the telecommunications market, currently undergoing expansion.
