Team Leader with Logistics Experience (M/F) - Beja

Job Summary: Responsible for controlling and supervising work teams in operational activities, ensuring compliance with plans, procedures, and resource optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: • Monitor and supervise the operational activities of their work teams, intervening in problem resolution according to established procedures, activity planning, and higher-level instructions, thereby promoting achievement of defined plans and contributing to optimization of resources used in operations; • Communicate task assignments to team members, monitor execution of waste collection and urban cleaning services through continuous on-site supervision, and verify compliance with the daily work plan set by the Service Centre Manager, thus ensuring adherence to established service levels and completion of scheduled activities; • Ensure compliance with all administrative procedures, including completion of incident reports, verification and validation of daily logs, and other pre-established documentation; • Distribute and issue equipment, uniforms, and accessories to team members, ensure their proper maintenance, inspect their condition, and arrange replacements when necessary; • Report work progress to the Supervisor, communicate abnormal situations, and receive guidance regarding upcoming service planning and any required adjustments, thereby aligning work execution with received instructions and enabling timely communication and action regarding exceptional situations; • Inform all team members of their rights and responsibilities; • Comply with, and ensure compliance with, all Quality, Environment, and Safety procedures, collaborating and participating in implementation of essential measures to guarantee hygiene and safety conditions at the workplace. Requirements / Competencies: • Logistics experience (preferred) • Two years’ prior experience in similar roles • Experience leading teams (mandatory) • Availability to spend 3 months in the North for training (accommodation, transportation, and allowance) (mandatory) • User-level computer skills • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Driver’s license for light and/or heavy vehicles (advantageous) • Responsible and team-oriented • Availability for national mobility • Full and immediate availability • Flexible working hours Work Location: Beja Conditions: - Direct contract with the Company - Bonuses (based on performance evaluation) - Health insurance after 6 months of contract - Curative medical care every two weeks
