The Role
Personal Schedule Assistant (remote)
This position does not involve fieldwork or service delivery. It does not involve collections or closing deals. Your role is to organize, communicate, and create opportunities—ensuring a high-quality schedule for our team.
Your Responsibilities:
Contact individuals and organizations in Braga (Braga district) and offer a service (not sales—it is an offering/service from our company to promote our work);
Use your mobile phone, social media, internet, etc., to generate opportunities/contacts;
Contact, for example: businesses such as hair salons, beauty clinics, music schools, institutions, and others—to build partnerships, present our project, and secure appointments for our collaborators, who will visit clients’ homes on a day of their choice to provide a free carpet cleaning service;
Schedule visits according to calendar availability
Manage and organize the daily schedule
Confirm all appointments 24 hours prior to the visit
Ensure only confirmed, high-quality appointments remain on the schedule
All your work is reflected in the schedule. Without a well-managed schedule, there are no visits. Without visits, there is no growth.

Initiative, Ambition, and Creativity: In addition to organization and fulfilling the responsibilities outlined above, ambition, initiative, and creativity in securing new appointments will also be highly valued. The Personal Schedule Assistant is encouraged to propose ideas for contact acquisition and suggest campaigns, strategies, or actions (e.g., flyers, partnerships, local outreach…). All submitted ideas will be reviewed; if aligned with SOS Serviços’ values, the company will support and implement them using the necessary resources. Initiative and the desire to grow will always be viewed as positive and distinguishing factors in performance evaluations.
Compensation & Earnings
€3 per confirmed appointment (average of 6 per week) + additional commissions from services completed on-site by installers visiting clients’ homes (based on feedback from other professionals, earnings exceed €900/month) during the first 3+3 months of the probationary period. After this period, performance is jointly assessed—including schedule management, teamwork quality—and if successful, after 6 months the role transitions to:
Part-time or full-time contract (if desired), or continuation as a self-employed contractor (receipt-based)
