Multidisciplinary team GMR \- Engineering and Construction, a company specialized in civil construction and engineering, is currently recruiting to integrate our team for the position of Formwork Carpenter in the Vila Nova de Gaia area, with accommodation and transportation provided. Responsibilities: \- Installation and monitoring of vertical and horizontal safety systems; \- Assembly and dismantling of formwork (wooden, metallic, or other materials); \- Construction of high-quality concrete formwork; \- Formwork for floors and beams; \- Precise installation and removal of shoring; \- Supervise work execution and ensure all site personnel comply with the health and safety plan. Main Requirements: \- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles; \- Orientation towards excellence and continuous improvement; \- Strong planning and organizational skills; \- Autonomy and ability to assume responsibilities; \- Sense of commitment; \- Good adaptability to diverse tasks; \- Interpersonal skills (with work teams); \- Regular attendance and punctuality; \- Full and immediate availability.
