We are seeking an IT Technician to join our refurbishment team, with a focus on recovery, preparation, and value enhancement of professional IT equipment. Here, every device that passes through your hands gains a new life. **Your responsibilities:** You will play an essential role in our refurbishment process, including: * Receiving and verifying refurbished equipment * Technical inspection and condition assessment of equipment * Refurbishment and technical preparation * Operating system installation and configuration * Customization and preparation according to client specifications * Creation of technical specifications and identification of features * Management, organization, and sorting of components (Spare Parts) * Packaging and preparation for shipment * Diagnosis and repair of IT equipment Your work will be fundamental in ensuring quality, reliability, and excellence. **Mandatory Requirements** * Technical Course in Management and Maintenance of IT Equipment (minimum requirement) * Minimum 1 year of experience in the IT field (mandatory) * Knowledge of Windows operating systems * Knowledge of IT hardware * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office **The profile we seek:** We seek someone who is not only technically skilled but also eager to grow.
