Caetano Aeronautic, a company belonging to the Salvador Caetano Group and Aciturri Group, is hiring a Quality Management System Technician: Main responsibilities: * Coordination, monitoring, and improvement of the Quality Management System according to aeronautical industry standards; * Ensure dissemination of the quality policy and objectives, promote awareness regarding customer requirements within the organization, and timely communicate new regulatory requirements or changes; * Conduct internal audits on products, processes, and suppliers; * Monitor audits conducted by customers and coordinate responses; * Monitor and verify implementation of corrective and preventive actions within the QMS; * Update documentation for manuals, processes, procedures, and forms of the QMS, coordinating with process owners to define respective procedures; * Provide data, particularly statistical control data, for monitoring and supporting QMS management; * Report QMS performance to management, including improvement needs, and collaborate in implementing product and process improvements; Skills/Profile requirements: \- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (or related field) \- Knowledge of quality management standards and systems (Mandatory) \- Proficiency in Office tools, SAP, and other management tools; \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles; \- Analytical ability, critical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills; \- Proactive with good communication and teamwork skills; \- Rigorous and responsible We offer adequate job training, meal allowance via meal card, health insurance for family members, and a salary commensurate with demonstrated experience.
