Where no two days are the same. **Your Role** ------------- **Location:** Flexible (US \& Europe travel required) **Experience:** 10–15\+ years **Industry:** Automotive / Engineering Systems / PLM Transformation ### **Role Overview** We are seeking an experienced **Program Manager – PLM Architecture \& Implementation** to lead large\-scale automotive digital engineering and wiring systems implementations. This role is responsible for **end\-to\-end program delivery**, from solution architecture through pilot and global rollout, with a strong focus on **wiring harness / Electrical Distribution Systems (EDS)** and **PLM platforms such as Siemens Capital and Teamcenter**. You will act as the overall delivery and architecture leader, coordinating cross\-functional teams across engineering, IT, manufacturing, and external partners while ensuring alignment with business strategy, enterprise systems, and scalability objectives. ### **Key Responsibilities** #### **Program Management \& Delivery** * Lead end\-to\-end implementation programs from solution architecture through pilot and full rollout * Develop and manage integrated program plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables * Ensure delivery meets quality, timeline, and cost targets * Establish and lead governance cadence, including steering committees, executive reviews, and status reporting #### **Solution Architecture \& Implementation Leadership** * Own the end\-to\-end solution architecture (application, data, and integration) * Ensure alignment with business processes, wiring domain requirements, and enterprise systems * Drive an **OOTB\-first (out\-of\-the\-box)** approach, minimizing customization while ensuring scalability and maintainability * Ensure seamless integration across PLM (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter), ERP, and downstream manufacturing systems #### **Cross\-Functional \& Stakeholder Leadership** * Coordinate and lead cross\-functional teams across: + Engineering (wiring harness / EDS) + IT systems (PLM, ERP, integrations) + External system integrators and partners * Drive stakeholder alignment, executive communication, and decision\-making * Lead change management, adoption strategy, and business readiness activities #### **Testing, Deployment \& Adoption** * Oversee testing phases including SIT and UAT * Ensure deployment readiness and cutover planning * Support user adoption and post\-deployment stabilization **Your Profile** ---------------- * **10–15\+ years of experience** in: + Automotive engineering systems, preferably wiring harness / EDS + PLM and digital engineering transformation programs * Proven experience leading implementations of **Siemens Capital** or equivalent wiring/EDS tools * Strong background in: + Large\-scale program management across multiple sites + Solution architecture (application, integration, data) Deep understanding of: Wiring harness lifecycle (design validation* + manufacturing) + Integration across PLM, ERP, and engineering systems * Strong stakeholder management and executive\-level communication skills ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **Siemens Teamcenter** or similar PLM platforms * Certifications: **PMP, Agile, SAFe** (preferred) **What you'll love about working here** --------------------------------------- * Join a multicultural and inclusive team environment. * Enjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work\-life balance. * Engage in exciting national and international projects. * Hybrid work. * Your career growth is central to our mission.
