As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the system architecture of a growing and expanding company. **Mission:** Ensure the implementation and management of hôma's core information systems in a way that guarantees their integrity and reliability while maximizing business value, contributing to the organization's competitiveness and sustainability. **What your day\-to\-day work will be like…** * Ensure strategic vision implementation by managing the information systems/software supporting business processes; * Ensure the implementation and management of hôma's information systems, contributing across all stages of the architectural evolution roadmap, ensuring quality and compliance with requirements; * Ensure system and solution maintenance, managing operations with continuous improvement of performance KPIs, mitigating risks and maximizing security; * Manage and coordinate your development team’s work, whether internal or outsourced, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs, project deadlines, and solution quality; * Ensure proper documentation of processes to support knowledge management of systems and solutions within the Organization; * Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of programming languages and associated technological solutions, acting as an expert in fault mitigation and proposing targeted approaches that contribute to the Organization's technological development; * Ensure continuous improvement of processes and procedures, suggesting and implementing new projects, actions, and approaches that reduce risk and advance hôma through identification and analysis of market trends, innovations, and existing best practice *frameworks*. **What we will value in your profile…** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or similar; * Minimum of 6 years of experience in similar roles; * Strong ability in writing technical/functional specification documents; * Programmer with strong knowledge and experience in C\#, SQL and REST/API, .NET Core, Docker, PROGRESS (a plus); * Advanced written and spoken English communication skills; Spanish and French (a plus).
