This position will be based in Braga; however, until completion of the company’s headquarters construction works, the role will be carried out at the Carclasse Famalicão location. **RESPONSIBILITIES** – Support management of the annual training plan; – Monitor registration processes with vehicle brands and other training providers; – Assist in the logistical organization of internal and external training sessions; – Learn how to maintain up-to-date training records and reports; – Help prepare mandatory documentation for audits; – Communicate—under supervision—with trainers, employees, and external entities. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** – Higher education degree in Human Resource Management or related field; – Eligibility for an IEFP internship (mandatory); – Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; – Effective communication abilities; – Proficiency in Excel and digital tools; – Genuine interest in developing a career in HR, with a focus on training; – Residence near Famalicão/Braga. **APPLICATION** Apply directly via LinkedIn or send your CV to recrutamento@carclasse.pt with the subject line “RH_F”.
