We are recruiting an **Estimator / Construction Manager** with a strong **technical and commercial background**. This person will play a strategic role in evaluating opportunities, analyzing feasibility, negotiating, and monitoring construction and renovation projects from the initial phase through to execution. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the construction and renovation sector (properties and land), including market analysis and feasibility studies. Support Management in negotiating acquisitions, contracts, and partnerships. Prepare construction budgets and manage procurement processes. Monitor construction projects on-site, ensuring quality control, adherence to schedules, and strict cost management. Coordinate and manage relationships with all project stakeholders: client teams, designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Prepare technical documentation and decision-support materials. Work closely and continuously with the company's Director, contributing to operational strategy and business development. **Ideal Candidate Profile** --------------------- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Professional experience combining technical expertise with commercial skills (negotiation, prospecting, client/supplier relations). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD. Strong organizational, planning, and autonomous working skills. Dynamic, meticulous, results-oriented profile with a strong drive for growth. Residence in Viana do Castelo or nearby areas.
