Our approach is grounded in technical rigor, innovation, and the delivery of engineering solutions of excellence. **Position:** We seek a **Construction Director** with proven experience in industrial and Oil \& Gas environments to assume overall responsibility for construction site coordination, ensuring technical, contractual, economic, and safety execution of the project in alignment with defined objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and manage all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, quality, and safety; * Ensure effective coordination among inspection teams, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders; * Supervise work execution in compliance with designs, technical standards, and contractual specifications; * Manage human and material resources assigned to the project, optimizing productivity and controlling deviations; * Support and monitor QA/QC, HSE, planning, and measurement activities; * Actively participate in resolving non-conformities, interferences, and technical on-site decisions; * Prepare progress reports, technical records, and coordination meetings with the client. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Minimum 10 years’ experience as Construction Director on industrial/Oil \& Gas projects; * Solid knowledge of technical supervision, multidisciplinary coordination, contract management, and planning; * Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills with internal teams and external entities; * Proficiency in management tools (MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, etc.); * Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory); * Registered with the Portuguese Order of Engineers. **We Value:** * Prior experience in contexts demanding high standards of safety, quality, and traceability; * Project management certifications (PMP, IPMA, etc.) and/or safety certifications (NEBOSH, CAP); * Familiarity with FIDIC or similar contracts. **We Offer:** * Participation in large-scale and complex industrial projects; * Integration into an excellent technical team and multidisciplinary environment; * Contractual and salary conditions commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Opportunities for professional development and career progression.
