Adecco is recruiting Warehouse Operators (M/F) for a leading multinational company in the transportation and logistics sector, located in Aveleda – Vila do Conde. Main Responsibilities Loading and unloading of goods; Order preparation, picking, and verification; Warehouse organization and storage; Strict adherence to safety regulations and internal procedures. Required Profile Minimum compulsory education level; Previous experience in logistics/warehouse roles; Sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and physical stamina; Experience operating forklifts; Personal vehicle; Available Shifts (Monday to Friday): 10:00 – 19:00 18:00 – 03:00 23:00 – 08:00 Training Schedule: 05:00 – 13:30 or 18:00 – 03:00 (Training conducted prior to integration into the final shift schedule) What We Offer Indefinite-term employment contract; Project with potential for continuity; Integration into a professional, dynamic, and collaborative environment; Base salary + Night shift allowance + Meal allowance €7.35.
