Job Summary: We are seeking a Floor Supervisor to coordinate Housekeeping teams and ensure service quality in prestigious hotel establishments. Key Highlights: 1. Lead teams of excellence in hospitality We are recruiting a **Floor Supervisor (M/F)** for prestigious hotel establishments in the **Porto** area. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise the Housekeeping team; * Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and presentation of guest rooms and common areas according to the hotel's standards; * Assign tasks and organize the team's daily workload; * Monitor service quality, ensuring compliance with internal procedures; * Conduct room inspections prior to guest check-in; * Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies; * Support training and onboarding of new staff; * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards. Requirements * Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or in similar roles (preferred); * Experience in team coordination and management; * Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and leadership; * Good communication and problem-solving skills; * User-level computer literacy (preferred); * Flexibility regarding working hours, including weekends and holidays; * Immediate availability.
