Job Summary: We are seeking a demanding and detail-oriented Quality Controller for an active role on the factory floor, ensuring standards and immediately identifying and correcting errors. Integration into a growing structure We seek a demanding, rigorous, and detail-oriented Quality Controller to join our production unit. This is not an administrative role. We seek someone with strong presence on the factory floor, capable of identifying errors, enforcing standards, and acting immediately. **Responsibilities** * Validate raw materials prior to any production (including organoleptic control) * Ensure correct selection of all components and flavors * Confirm correspondence among product, label, and ongoing production * Verify correct printing and positioning of batch number (BN) and expiry date (BB) * Control bottle closure/sealing and final product integrity * Ensure correct identification and segregation of products at all stages * Detect failures and interrupt processes whenever necessary * Record non-conformities and ensure implementation of corrective actions * Create and maintain technical data sheets and quality reports **Requirements (Mandatory)** * Experience in quality control within an industrial environment * Extremely high level of attention to detail * Ability to work on-site and under pressure * Assertive profile, with capacity to enforce rules and standards * Organization and discipline in documentation **Not suitable for candidates seeking** * Office-based or passive roles * Low-demand environments * Routines without direct responsibility **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in food, chemical, or pharmaceutical industry * Knowledge of GMP or quality management systems * Critical and continuous improvement-oriented profile **We Offer** * Function with direct impact on operations * Autonomy to implement improvements * Integration into a growing structure **Working Hours** * 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
