This role combines analysis, continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and customer focus—working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and logistics partners to transform operational needs into efficient, impactful solutions. **Your Responsibilities** ----------------------------- * Ensure excellence in daily logistics processes, contributing to a simple, reliable, and differentiated customer experience. * Coordinate orders, deliveries, returns, transfers, and operational exceptions, ensuring alignment between internal teams and logistics partners. * Track material, demonstration equipment, and stock availability, anticipating risks and proposing solutions to support business needs. * Monitor logistics performance indicators, service quality, transportation, and costs—turning data into actions for continuous improvement. * Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to support commercial initiatives, product launches, demonstrations, and customers’ specific needs. * Promote simpler, more sustainable, and efficient processes—living Hilti’s values of integrity, courage, teamwork, and commitment. **What We Expect From You** ------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or other relevant fields; * Resident in Greater Porto; * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * SAP knowledge (mandatory); * Good command of English, both written and spoken; * Prior experience in logistics, operations, inventory management, transportation, supply chain, process improvement, or similar functions (valued); * Analytical and problem-solving mindset, capable of transforming data and operational information into practical decisions; * Strong sense of ownership, organization, planning, and attention to detail—maintaining focus on priorities and results; * Ability to collaborate, influence, and build trust-based relationships with various local stakeholders; * Customer orientation and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, collaborative, and business-close environment. **What We Offer** -------------------- Hilti offers a competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Health insurance extendable to family members, life insurance, pension fund, and the option to convert variable compensation bonuses into childcare/education vouchers; * Additional vacation days: birthday leave, Christmas Eve, two annual bridge days, one extra vacation day for every five years of seniority, and one paid annual day for volunteering of your choice; * Flexi\-Schedule – flexible start/end times between 7:30 AM and 7:30 PM; * Hybrid work model (two remote workdays per week); * Discounts on Hilti products; * Laptop and mobile phone.
