Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Engineer with experience to analyze and optimize part manufacturing, develop processes, and manage production, aiming for continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities: * Analyze and verify part manufacturing, as well as their mechanical assemblies and respective structures; * Support process design and development; * Review all technical product documentation for production; * Conduct manufacturing process planning (Technical Routings); * Perform in-line production testing; * Monitor production in collaboration with the Quality Department; * Manage documentation; * Create and maintain work models and instructions; * Optimize production and related manufacturing processes; * Implement process improvements; * Conduct time and methods studies; * Perform balancing studies for assembly cells and production lines; * Fulfill responsibilities defined in the Quality Management System work procedures, and actively participate in continuously improving its effectiveness; * Propose improvements and corrections, aligning production requirements with workstation optimization to enhance human–machine integration; * Actively contribute to and participate in continuous product improvement, cost reduction, and increased corporate productivity, always complying with occupational safety, hygiene, health, and environmental protection regulations.
