Location: **Paços de Ferreira** Schedule: **Full-time** Availability: **Immediate** **Main Responsibilities:** * Management of production-related documentation (records, reports, manufacturing order management); * Production planning and scheduling; * Inventory management and replenishment; * Proposing and enhancing planning and control tools; * Preparing and monitoring budgets; * Monitoring and analyzing management indicators; * Communication with production teams and other departments to ensure deadline compliance; * Supporting materials and resources management in coordination with warehouse and procurement; **Candidate Profile:** * Education in industrial engineering or management/administration; * Professional experience: 7 years in similar roles, preferably in an industrial environment and within the packaging sector; * Versatility and pro\-activity; analytical ability; * Solid knowledge of computer tools, especially Excel and ERP systems; design experience is a plus; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and initiative; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Flexibility and ability to manage priorities in dynamic environments. **We Offer:** * Initial and continuous training; * Integration into a solid and growing company; Type of position: Full-time Benefits: * Meal voucher/card * Health insurance Work location: On-site
