Management and optimization of internal processes using implemented technologies The Great Sage is recruiting a Digital Project Management Technician to join its team for the implementation of a digital transformation project leveraging Artificial Intelligence technologies. Main Responsibilities: The selected professional will be responsible for: * Implementing and operating the organization’s digital transformation project; * Managing, maintaining, and updating digital platforms and tools integrated with Artificial Intelligence; * Ensuring integration of technological solutions with the organization’s internal processes; * Coordinating with external vendors responsible for development and support of technological solutions; * Customizing and adapting digital platforms to the organization’s specific needs; * Providing technical and functional support to staff in using digital tools; * Promoting optimization of internal processes through use of implemented technologies; * Contributing to increased organizational productivity and operational efficiency. Requirements: * Minimum qualification Level 6 (Bachelor’s degree) in fields such as: - Information Technologies - Computer Engineering - Information Systems - Information Systems Management - or related fields * Experience or knowledge in digital project management; * Knowledge of integrating digital platforms and tools with AI; * Ability to analyze processes and optimize workflows; * Strong communication skills and ability to provide technical support to users; * Organizational capability, autonomy, and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience implementing technological solutions in organizations; * Knowledge of process automation, APIs, or system integration; * Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools and collaborative digital platforms.
