You will assist in analyzing system requirements, documenting processes, and supporting the implementation of ITIL practices. You will work closely with senior analysts and engineers to ensure systems operate efficiently and effectively. **Key responsibilities** ------------------------ * Assist in analyzing and documenting system requirements. * Support the implementation and maintenance of ITIL processes. * Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve system issues. * Maintain accurate records of system configurations and changes. * Monitor and analyze system performance. * Support in software and hardware related issues. * Identify potential issues and implement preventative measures. **Your profile** ---------------- * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Basic understanding of ITIL methodologies. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. * Printer and Scanner issue solving experience is a pre. **What we offer** * A salary between **23\.000€** and **28\.000€** gross annual, based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow. * This is a position for 40 hours per week. * You are eligible for 15 months every year. * The option is to work hybrid up to 3 days, with 2 joint office days. * The entitlement to annual leave can be up to 26 days, according to internal policy. * Other benefits include health insurance (covering the employee), bus and several partnerships, such as with gyms, clinics offering wellness services, banks, and more. **Are you ready to grow with us?** ---------------------------------- The people behind our products and brands make Dorel Juvenile an even stronger company.
