RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Define and maintain, with the support of maintenance technicians, autonomous or preventive maintenance work instructions. Define and maintain, with support from the maintenance technicians team and/or process engineers, equipment manuals and standards. Define and maintain, with support from maintenance technicians and/or process engineers, diagnostic procedures for fault troubleshooting within corrective maintenance processes. Update and analyze maintenance department KPIs. Plan preventive maintenance interventions together with the maintenance and production teams. Define, with team support, internal team processes and procedures. Conduct audits on autonomous maintenance execution according to established planning. Maintain SAP master data related to maintenance. Actively participate in continuous improvement activities within the department. Actively participate in problem-solving activities. Actively contribute to improving the maintenance management system. Comply with environmental, health and safety at work, quality and productivity regulations. Follow workplace safety and cleanliness rules. Comply with organizational rules and internal regulations: Code of Ethics, practices, and working hours. Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the Environmental Management, Health and Safety at Work Policy. Ensure maintenance, cleaning and preservation of the workplace. Perform other tasks not included in the original scope of work when justified by operational needs or service requirements, for the necessary duration.
