If you are seeking an attractive professional challenge, this project is for you! **Fleet Support** ================= **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Analyze customer reservations and fleet availability across stations to ensure all stations have the vehicles selected by customers, in optimal operational and presentation condition; * Organize the station layout so vehicles are parked by category, optimizing space and time during vehicle handover to customers; * Coordinate and authorize vehicle relocations, generate transfer slips, and inform subcontracted staff, if required, about scheduled relocations; * Conduct internal audits by randomly inspecting vehicles and cross-checking against existing computerized records; * Report mechanical issues communicated by customers upon vehicle return; assess the vehicle’s condition; request towing; forward the vehicle to the workshop; verify mileage and fuel level; and issue refueling instructions, if necessary; * Activate, on the platform, the “ready-to-go” status for vehicles and notify subcontracted staff to position them appropriately in the parking area; * Ensure all vehicles carry the required documentation to comply with legal requirements and internal policies; * Deliver vehicles to customers, explaining vehicle-specific features and addressing questions as needed; * Perform vehicle check-in upon customer returns, inspecting and recording any damages; * Register SIXT fuel receipts on the platform for cost control; * Analyze the monthly fuel report, cross-referencing data with platform entries to detect and correct errors; * Submit, monthly, information on Via Verde devices per station for inventory control; * Remove vehicles from the platform upon notification from Central Services regarding scheduled maintenance, rendering them unavailable for rental, and alert subcontracted staff to dispatch them to the workshop; * Carry out other tasks not specified above, essential to achieving objectives and ensuring SIXT’s smooth operation. **Profile** ---------- * Minimum mandatory education level (12th grade); * Minimum one year of professional experience, preferably with fleet management knowledge; * English language proficiency; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Valid Class B driver’s license. **We Offer** -------------- * Integration into a solid and credible group currently implementing multiple growth initiatives; * Training and opportunities for professional and personal development; * Genuine career progression opportunities aligned with performance and demonstrated competencies; * Favorable working conditions and social benefits (Health Insurance and Life Insurance).
