Responsibilities: * Coordination and supervision of construction projects; * Preparation of budgets and work planning; * Quality and safety control; * Management of schedules, teams, and suppliers. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles; * Valid driver's license; * Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and autonomy skills to independently manage projects.
