In light of our continuous growth and expansion, we are seeking a Mechanical Engineer (Design) for our Technical Department.** **Position: Mechanical Engineer (Design)** **Location: Porto** **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and development of: * **HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) projects;** * **Gas projects;** * **Vertical Transportation projects (elevators and platforms);** * **Thermal Behavior projects;** * Sizing of equipment and associated technical networks; * Preparation of drawings, descriptive reports, and technical justifications; * Integration of mechanical specialty projects with other specialties and with architectural design; * Technical supervision during construction execution and support for inspection in resolving technical issues; * Ensuring compliance with applicable technical legislation and current regulations; * Strict adherence to defined deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. * Other tasks inherent to the role. **Candidate Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree and further training preferred); * Minimum 3 years of design experience (design office, real estate developer, or construction company); * Up-to-date knowledge of applicable national legislation; * Certification as an SCE Expert; * Gas Designer Certification; * Proficiency in calculation and technical drawing software (AutoDesk software); * Ability to work in a BIM environment; * Technical analytical ability, organizational skills, and rigor; * Fluency in Portuguese and good knowledge of technical English; * Valid driver’s license **Benefits:** * Competitive remuneration package, including Base Salary, Meal Allowance, Performance Bonuses, and other benefits; * 40-hour weekly schedule with flexibility; * Specialized and continuous training; * A dynamic career plan with real opportunities for professional progression. **Application:** To apply, please send your CV to rh@vidor.pt or submit your application via LinkedIn. * **Join us and contribute to VIDÓR’s continued success with your talent and dedication.** Type of position: Full-time
