Job Summary: We are seeking Cultivation Operators (m/f/d) for a pharmaceutical company, responsible for supporting cultivation and production processes, recording data, and maintaining the workplace. We are recruiting **Cultivation Operators (m/f/d)** for a leading pharmaceutical company in the Torres Vedras region. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support cultivation and production processes; * Enter records into the computer system; * Comply with safety and hygiene regulations; * Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the workplace. **Requirements:** * Completion of 12th grade (preferred); * Professional experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food sectors; * Computer literacy; * English language knowledge; * Responsibility, punctuality, and strong interpersonal skills; * Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; * Availability to work some Saturdays (occasionally). **Conditions:** * Initial training; * Employment with prospects for continuity; * Monthly base salary (€870) + daily meal allowance (€7.60).
