A) OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION: Provide technical and documentation support to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in production lines, as well as in the preparation of new and currently manufactured products. B) RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Collaborate in the creation of quality documentation and supporting documentation for production processes. Support the definition of production layouts. Prepare supporting documentation with test-phase results and quality documentation for new products. Support continuous improvement. Support Maintenance Management Tools (Preventive/Predictive). Support the preparation of machine specifications. Comply with environmental, health and safety at work, quality and productivity standards. Comply with organizational rules and internal regulations: Code of Ethics, practices and working hours. Respect workplace safety and cleanliness rules. Respect and comply with Environmental Management, Health and Safety at Work policies. Actively participate in the continuous improvement of Environmental Management, Health and Safety at Work policies. Perform other tasks not included in the activity for which the candidate was hired, whenever service needs or convenience justify it, for the time necessary to meet such needs or service conveniences. C) REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:* 12th grade, preferably with technical-vocational training, or a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. * Prior experience in a similar role will be valued. * Problem Solving (5W; Ishikawa; PDCA; 8D) (preferred). * Knowledge of quality tools. * Knowledge of automotive industry standards. * Computer literacy from an end-user perspective. * Solid English language skills. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (preferred). * Experience in line production within the automotive industry (valued).
