Location: Braga, PT Functional Family: Preparation, Design and Industrialization M/F **Family Mission** --------------------- Ensure the definition and implementation of production techniques used in the project, development and preparation of execution elements for Grupo Casais, following the quality standards defined by the Group, acting in accordance with Group ethics and Casais values. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Develop 1:20 scale models in REVIT according to industrialization rules, meeting technical requirements from different areas and complying with current standards and regulations. * Analyze client projects (architectural and specialty designs); coordinate project integration with industrialized products. Detect design clashes. * Identify potential architectural, structural and MEP coordination issues between project components. Systematically record clashes using Excel and Revit. * Build and use BIM models of parts (or entire) project through DOCS. * Prepare and draw support plans for project and construction using REVIT software, in accordance with project specifications. * Produce supporting documentation for site management and procurement teams, including drawings, 1:20 scale plans, 1:100 scale plans, quantity maps, floor-based construction planning. * Technically detail project drawings using software tools enabling parametric and organic modeling, assembly creation, finite element analysis, image rendering, technical details, dynamic simulations, using specific software such as Revit/BIM. * Ensure proper organization of all documentation produced across projects through systematic categorization, whether physical or electronic. **Requirements** -------------- * Level 5 or higher - Technical, vocational or higher education in architecture, engineering or related fields * Modeling/drawing software: Revit and AutoCAD * Proficient in Microsoft Excel **At Grupo Casais we ensure our team members have:** * Employee Support Programs; * Collaboration with flexible and dynamic teams that encourage your learning / knowledge development; * Future Vision: growth, advancement, industrialization, sustainability; * Annual activities promoting engagement among colleagues / companies / markets; * Benefits and Agreements; * Safety Culture.
